Refunds and Returns

Built By Kidz Activities will not be able to accept any refunds or exchanges if you have changed your mind about a product. This is due to the nature of our products. It is important you check your order and look at the images as this is exactly what you will be ordering. This is why we don’t do returns unless it’s damaged or faulty from our end.

Damaged goods or missing items

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy if the product inside the parcel is damaged when received. Built By Kidz Activities always ensures that the quality of the product is checked thoroughly before dispatch. This ensures that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase.

If you have received any damaged products or missing items, please send photos of the damaged product(s) to jo@inandoutgroup.com.au within 14 days. Please include your order number requesting a refund or exchange, and our customer care team will shortly contact you via email. If your request has been approved, we will arrange a pick-up for the damaged product and notify you once we have received the returned parcel.  Once the inspection is completed, you will be advised if your request has been approved. Please note that all refunds processed will take up to 2-10 days depending on the bank (within Australia). Shipping charges will not be refunded. We only ship within Australia and New Zealand.
